Payment Policy

 

We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and Paypal with verifiable address. ALL credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address.
For Paypal payments we require that the Paypal address be confirmed with Paypal.
Unlike most other electronics online retailers, we do not charge your credit card until your order ships!

Important:
For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification process on your order. We appreciate your order and value your business. Thanks for your understanding.

Terms and Conditions for 

Implementation of 3.3% Processing Fee

Effective Date: November 2025

Introduction
[Ezae Custom Works] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is updating our payment processing policy to introduce a processing fee of 3.3% on applicable transactions. This fee is necessary to cover increasing costs associated with secure payment gateways, compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining high-quality service. By continuing to use our services after the effective date, you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agree to these terms. 1. Fee Description

  • Rate: A processing fee of 3.3% (equivalent to 0.033 of the transaction amount) will be applied to all eligible payments processed through our platform.
  • Calculation: The fee is calculated as:
    Processing Fee = Transaction Amount × 0.033
    For example, on a $100 transaction, the fee would be $3.30.
  • Invoicing: The fee will be added to the transaction total and displayed clearly at checkout or in your invoice/receipt. It will appear as a separate line item labeled “Processing Fee (3.3%).”

2. Applicability

  • This fee applies to all new transactions initiated on or after the effective date, including but not limited to:
    • Online purchases via credit/debit card, digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay), or bank transfers.
    • Subscription renewals and recurring payments.
    • In-app or point-of-sale transactions where our payment system is used.
  • Exemptions: The fee does not apply to:
    • Transactions processed before the effective date.
    • Refunds or chargebacks (fees on refunded amounts will be waived).
    • Internal transfers or administrative fees unrelated to customer payments.
  • Geographic Scope: This applies to all customers in the United States and may extend to international users depending on local regulations.

3. Payment and Collection

  • The processing fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from the transaction proceeds or added to your total due.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the fee rate with 30 days’ advance notice via email or in-app notification. Any changes will be posted on our website at [www.ezaecustoms.net/terms].
  • Late payments on transactions including this fee may incur additional penalties as outlined in our general payment terms.

4. Transparency and Disclosure

  • All fees will be disclosed upfront during the transaction process.
  • You will receive a detailed breakdown in your transaction confirmation email and account dashboard.
  • We commit to using your payment data solely for processing and compliance purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes and Termination

  • We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
  • If you terminate your account, any outstanding fees must be settled within 14 days.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment of fees.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g., Delaware], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
