We do not refund any funds for services 

Appointments are required and subject to availability.

Mobile Fee

Service range and pricing can be calculated starting from 20650.
 

• Local Service: 30 mile radius - FREE 
• Non Local Service - up to 80 mile radius - $1.95 a mile after free 30 miles
• Premium Membership holders receive Free Travel up to 60 miles 

Premium Membership Holders are not Charged the Surcharge if location is with in 60 mile radius -$1.00 a mile after 60 mile radius

Membership

Membership payment is due on the same day you signed up every 30 days You have a 10 day grace period from that date to resolve any billing issues if our system fails to retrieve membership payment, After 10 day grace period you will lose membership/discount and will be charged 100% of the service total.

Technicians will give you an courtesy call when in route to your service location.

Please answer this call it is very important appointments can be cancelled and or rescheduled if theirs no phone confirmation before the technicians are in route to your service location.

Reoccurring appointment

Effective January1, 2024, we will require all clients with recurring appointments to have a payment card registered on file to secure their appointments. 

Note : if you are having trouble updating a Expired card please let us know so we can assist or forward you our Credit Card Authorization Form their will be no exception if your card is expired your reoccurring appointment will be lost.

As a Contractor we take great pride in showing up for service early & ready.

Invoicing 

Customer that are invoiced for service completed have one day to fulfill payment,

There will now be a $5.00 late fee applied for every 24hrs and a $25.00 inconvenience fee.

Please remove all personal items from car/truck prior to service we are not responsible for any items lost. 

Pricing is not final until service tech reviews vehicle being serviced. Additional fee's may apply. By booking your appointment online you agree that your name matches the name on your credit/debit card and you authorize Ezae Custom Works to charge your form of payment for services and or cancellation fee's. There is a $30 Fee for each 30 mins it takes for us to remove items. Any appointment cancelled less than 24hours from appointment time may be charged a $60 cancellation fee. In the event that our service tech arrive at your location and your appointment is marked as a no show you may be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Trying to reschedule just to beat these terms will result in still being charged a $60 cancellation fee. Although we love and appreciate our customers, in order to ensure high quality and excellent craftsmanship, our technicians require an atmosphere with minimal disturbances. There is a $25 dollar fee after 3 disturbances and $60 after 5 disturbances from customer while working. Apartment/Condo customers requesting service must have authorization from management office prior to service. 

Customers requesting service without authorization will be charged $60 up to 100% cancellation fee. We aren't responsible for any lost times. Each an every vehicle that is serviced comes with a worry free 7 day detail guarantee if there are any issues we will fix it at no charge. Vehicles that are excessively dirty are subject to a higher service charge also there are no refunds on services. By booking your appointment with us you are agreeing to these terms of service.

In climate weather/Winter conditions prevent our Mobile Detailing Professionals to perform professional Car Wash Service's using water under 32¤ 

**Valid for cars in average condition only; extremly neglected or excessively dirty vehicles will be charged an additional fee vehicles with pet hair will be charged an additional fee**

Gratuity, our service techinicians are noting that certain areas that we service customers are not providing gratuity on discounted deals and services. Now when this is done your zip code will be removed from our service area for Discounted deals and you will be required to pay full price. We are sorry for the inconveinance but we will ensure that our valued customes arent effected and we are ensuring our service teams are not being neglected on their hard work and time.

Rain & inclimate weather,  we try not to send our technicians out in the rain due to electrical hazzards using equipment but if you happen to have your prestine vehicle rained upon right after an service we offer next day 

Re-Cleans are for Premium Membership holders only we do apologize for any inconveinance but please try and be aware of weather conditions when booking and purchasing one of the basic detailing packages. 

Disclaimer of warranty for Ezae Custom Works website

We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein. 

Errors on our website

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Order cancellations

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
